Welcome to Dr. Deepak’s v-CAT (Virtual Cardiac Auscultation Training). By accessing or enrolling in our online workshops, courses, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. General Overview

    • The v-CAT workshop, including “Medicine Heist” and “ECG: The Right (Write) Approach,” is an educational initiative created by Dr. Deepak Kumar P ( MD Medicine).

    • These terms apply to all participants, including medical students, residents, and healthcare professionals.

  2. Intellectual Property Rights

    • All workshop materials, original graphics, audio recordings of heart sounds, course structure, and content derived from the book Doctor’s Assistant — Your Partner in Clinical Practice are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Deepak Kumar P.

    • Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, downloading, reproducing, distributing, or sharing any workshop content, visuals, or recordings without prior written permission.

  3. Workshop Participation & Competency Assessment

    • Enrolled participants must attend the 3.5 hours virtual session and complete both the Pre-Test and Post-Test for competency evaluation.

    • Access to the workshop links and materials is granted strictly for individual use and cannot be shared with non-registered individuals.

  4. Pricing & Registration

    • The registration fee for medical students and residents is ₹6,999- discounted price (or as specified during registration).

    • Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment receipt.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    • The v-CAT training is designed as a supplementary educational tool to enhance clinical skills and cardiac auscultation competency under Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME).

    • It is not a substitute for formal clinical judgment or hospital-based patient care.
